PARIS CoFluent Design (Nantes, France) said it has joined The MathWorks Connections Program, and its ESL modeling and simulation software environment, CoFluent Studio, brings system-level model, simulation and performance analysis capabilities to Matlab and Simulink users.
Such integration, CoFluent noted, also enables the validation of CoFluent Studio models against behavior captured in Simulink multidomain system models.
"CoFluent has developed an integration that enables engineers to reuse Matlab and Simulink artifacts in CoFluent Studio models. Algorithmic components and behavioral system models developed in Matlab or Simulink can be integrated with other functions and simulated in the context of a hardware/software system architecture in CoFluent Studio," stated Ken Karnofsky, MathWorks Senior Strategist for signal processing applications.
"This enables better performance estimation of the system application on a multithread/multicore platform," Karnofsky continued.
The MathWorks Connections Program remains open to all third-party product and service providers.
Program partners help MathWorks' users by providing industry or application-specific technology to fill their need for a complete solution. Also, partner products offer solutions that are seamlessly integrated with MathWorks products and ensure ongoing compatibility in conjunction with new MathWorks releases.
