PARIS – Atrenta Inc., a provider of early design closure solutions, announced it has appointed Bert Clement as chief financial officer. He reports to Atrenta's CEO, Dr. Ajoy Bose.
Atrenta noted that Clement brings public company and regulatory background to its management team, as well as experience with merger and acquisition transactions. "These skills will be important to Atrenta as we continue to grow and expand our operations worldwide," commented Bose.
Prior to Atrenta, Clement was senior vice president and CFO for VeriSign where he drove growth through market expansion and acquisition. Bert has also held executive positions at MCI Telecommunications, Broad Point Communications, Advanced Water Technologies and Network Solutions.
Bert began his career at Price Waterhouse as a financial advisor.
