Good to see Russia taking steps to venture into MEMS arena. I am sure MEMS products will drive the next wave of innovation.

Government investment has been surging in a lot of countries. There have been a lot of IPO coming from countries other than US. Where will US be in tech segment 5 to 10 years from now?
