3.5G, 3.75G... shouldn't it be 3.875G instead of 3.9G? Maybe it should be expressed as 31/8G in order to save one character.

The rise of mobile devices has driven the demand of faster and better wireless network. LTE is the candidate. There will be continuous deployment in next 3 years. It is not a surprise to me that Qualcomm will continue to thrive in the coming years.

This report is really leading towards the real truth, perfecting market survey is made, in south Asian, countries recently the conversion from 2G to 3G is being done, so the trend will continue further and the telco's really very keen in broadening their coverage.

As the base stations upgrade, the opportunity will continue. I'm sure there is a plan for the next generation after 4G.

This is the main reason Qaulcomm had a good year. Wireless still has a lot of opportunities, only for those that innovate.
