I am curious with powerline can we go far distance? For e.g. between building blocks?

Xsilon person, There is no technical data on your web site and consequently it is impossible to determine what issues you have taken into account to minimise the ever increasing pollution of the HF spectrum with no consideration for existing users. Technically I am certain that your product may work. Can you be more specific about how your product works and as to what steps have been taken to minimise interference to existing users of HF resulting from mains cable radiated RF.

John.Nowell and Master Ice can rest assured about RFI in HF. We're well aware of these issues, and we've taken them into account. We benefit from not having to support/interoperate with a legacy product set, so our hands aren't tied. Moreover, we designed our modem after the RFI problems of older powerline became clear, so we were able to design around those problems.

Hey Kris, If wireless did the job, we'd let it get on with it ! Fact is, wireless really struggles in the home, especially in the nooks and crannies where we tend to hide our appliances out of sight. Setting up wireless connectivity in those positions is a real challenge, which is why we've opted for powerline. And we're no more expensive than ZigBee. And we're good citizens on the RF front.

More RFI for hf spectrum users to contend with and no recompense or apologies from anyone in government when their open-to-everyone radio frequency usage policy starts to fall about their ears.

No doubt this will result in more pollution of the HF bands with no consideration for currect users or services.

Have these devices been tested when you laundry is getting done polluting powerline signals? Looks to me that wireless connectivity would be simpler and cheaper...Kris
