The map produced by the MEMS cluster around Helsinki, including Aalto University and the VTT Resarch Center shows that exotic materials, such as graphene, are predicted to have role to play in MEMS just as they are in conventional integrated circuts.

What is the longer term plan for these efforts, beyond the R&D and prototyping? Where do they intend to manufacture?
