I guess auto display graphics will be much less complex compared to mobile/consumer devices. So I am wondering what competitive advantage Vivante have over other players like imgtech or ARM/Mali

Are we talking about playing high definition 3D games on the dashboard? As the kind of Displays and GPUs discussed in the above topic talks of such requirement.

The key message here is that companies are collaborating. This is the only model that makes sense with the high level competition that is evident in the industry.
