Best if neither product is banned, just some monetary settlement, maybe even cross-licensing.

In the end, the loser will be the customers. When a company loses a law suit, the lose is passed on to the customer. We will all lose and Apple and Samsung will go on like nothing happened.

I don't know who is going to win but it is more something close to school playground than really the level where such big companies should be. Whatever the end I personally beleive that damages will be big on both side and I think it will higher for Apple. they will just demonstrate that the world is good as long as Apple can drive it. I don't like this world, richness always come from diversity and competition!!!
