This is a common tactic of CEO's do some changes, mumble some platitudes and bail with the golden parachute. Even Better if you can go to another country right away. Look at what the current director of the Phoenix Carl Hayden VA center just did. 6mill missing to boot.

Will the Anadigics become a target of acquisition? This company seems to make good profit and having good products. But with such a big change in management and conservative attitude with the investors, it is quite possible it will attract other giants to acquire it.
