Interesting...you both agree that restriction on licnese plates is the most effective way to limit the auto population, although it certainly isn't good news for automakers.

2nd hand car market will thrive and this may push up car price further. But restriction on license plates is a good way.

Restriction on license plates is the only way left for the governments to put a halt on never ending automotive population increase.
