It will be more important who is in last place in being green not who is in first. With the US finally getting serious about global warming the rest of the world cannot point to us and say if the US is doing nothing either do we. so the foot dragging is not acceptable anymore and the race to not be last will just maybe save the world from the extreme consequences of doing the status quo.
