I have to help the poor clinicians manage ill fitting medical equipment after purchase; it's a huge challenge. Hopefully more manufacturers will use this system to identify and help solve the correct issues.

I guess for medical devices, the market forces alone is not enough to tell which device would be easily commercialized. However, it begs the question: is it correct to commercialise the medical industry to a point where if a needed medical device is created but not enough people use it, it will be phased out of the market altogether?
