"Awful design, almost impossible to disassemble," said Kyle Wiens, founder of free repair-manual site iFixit, when describing iFixit's teardown of HTC One Smartphone. The iFixit team found some aspects of the phone innovative but gave it a dismal one out of ten for ease of repair (ten being the easiest).
