SANTA CLARA, CALIF. Integrated Silicon Solution Inc. (ISSI) has introduced four extended-data-out (EDO) and four fast-page-mode (FPM) Jedec-standard 16-Mbit DRAMs. The 4M x 4-bit devices are intended for use in a variety of telecommunications, networking and PC peripherals applications.
The EDO devices are the 5-volt IS41C44002 and IS41C-44004 with 2-kbit and 4-kbit refresh options, respectively; and the 3.3-V IS41LV4402 and IS41LV4404, also with 2k and 4k refresh.
The FPM devices are the 5-V IS41C44052 and IS41C-44054, and the 3.3-V IS41-LV44052 and IS41LV44054. Both FPM pairs also have 2k and 4k refresh, respectively.
All eight DRAMs are available in both 24/26-pin SOJ and TSOP-II packages. They are priced from $3.75 in quantities of 10,000.
