Sunnyvale, Calif. - Maxim Integrated Products has introduced three microprocessor supervisory circuits that come in five-pin SC70 packages that are about half the size of the earlier SOT packages and consume nearly 40 percent less power than their predecessors.
The MAX823, MAX824 and MAX825 circuits are designed to monitor +2.5-volt to +5-V systems and are said to eliminate the need for external components and adjustments.
The parts are priced from $1.25 in quantities of 2,500 or more.
