The files discuss the combination of JTAG boundary-scan with the company's flying prober testers (Models SPEA 4040, Scorpion Flying Scorpion, and Digitaltest MTS 500 Condor), as well as in-circuit test systems (such as the Teradyne Spectrum 88xx, Digitaltest MTS 30, MTS 180, MTS 300, and MTS 888, and the Agilent 3070).
The file provide proposed approaches for the combination of in-circuit test or flying probe test with boundary-scan are outlined. The files offer information and guidelines for the implementation of test technologies.
