Raleigh, N.C. Stackpole Electronics, Inc. has recently expanded the RAV16-4D series of chip resistor arrays to include 0.5% and 0.1% tolerances, which will drive adoption in precision applications such as instrumentation, avionics, and test equipment. Previously, the series offered only a 1% tolerance.
The RAV16-4D device is an isolated resistor network consisting of four 0603 size resistors in a single 1206 size package. The series is offered in standard E24 values from 10 ohm to 1 Mohm, though the value range is limited for tighter tolerances. Devices with E24 values from 10 ohm to 330 Kohm are available in 1% and 0.5% tolerances, while devices available in E24 values from 100 ohm to 33 Kohm come with a 0.1% tolerance. Custom values may be available.
The RAV16-4D series offers an operating voltage of 75 V, and a power rating of 63 mW per element. These resistor networks are RoHS compliant with 100% matte tin terminations.
Standard packaging is 5000 pieces per reel, with typical pricing from $5.00 per thousand for 5% tolerance to $0.25 each for 0.1% tolerance. Delivery is seven weeks with many values in stock.
