Tully, NY—Applied Concepts' I-DRIVE Series of LED driver modules provide up to 60 watts for high bright light-emitting diodes (HBLEDs). This integrated solution provides ten times the power available from competing LED chip drivers or various discrete approaches, according to the company.
The module, working from a 12-volt input, will provide up to 20 watts of driver power per channel for one, two, or three channels of series-connected LEDs. Multiple modules can be connected in a master/slave configuration for more channels.
Standard features include LED intensity control (DC control voltage). Other control options can be customized to the application. The I-DRIVE three-channel LED driver solution includes a color sensor input with on-board color management firmware to support RGB high bright LED applications. Outputs are open- and short-circuit protected.
