QuickLogic is co-sponsoring the CE-ATA booth at the Intel Developer Forum (IDF) September 26-28 in San Francisco. Attendees can visit booth #1002 to view the QuickLogic demo showcasing a complete programmable CE-ATA solution.
QuickLogic's broad range of small form factor FPGAs and companion devices address the handheld market by providing a complete solution including system-proven silicon and intellectual property, WinCE and Linux software drivers, reference designs, development boards and QuickLogic's design services. These companion devices based on the lowest power, production-released family of PolarPro FPGAs, enable consumer electronics designers to decrease system cost and design times while providing the key advantages of flexibility, increased battery life, and uncompromised performance.
The CE-ATA solution is being demonstrated on the Intel PXA Development Kit, with a QuickLogic Mobile Application Board interfacing with a Hitachi CE-ATA Hard Disk Drive through a SDIO to CE-ATA adapter, and Linux drivers from embWiSe Technologies, Pvt., Ltd.
