Designed for T/R (transmit and receive), antenna diversity, band selection, and other general RF switching applications, NEC's new UPD5713TK CMOS SPDT switch provides designers with a low cost alternative to GaAs IC switches, and a low part count alternative to pin diodes.
Performance features include:
- Frequency Range: 50 MHz to 2.5 GHz
- Control Voltage: 1.8 to 3.6V / 0V, 2.8 / 0 V typ
- Insertion Loss: 0.6 dB typ @ DC to 1.0 GHz; 0..8 dB typ @ 2.0 GHz
- Isolation: 32.5 dB typ @ 1.0 GHz; 25 dB typ @ 2.0 GHz
- P1dB: +21 dBm typ @ 2.8V
The UPD5713TK is housed in NEC's miniature (1.1 x 1.5 x 0.55 mm), low profile, flat lead "TK" packageand it's Pb Free.
