NEC's UPG2310TK provides high gain, low noise, and a high intercept point all in a super-compact 1.5 x 1.3 x 0.55 mm package.
It is most likely to find applications in antenna modules for satellite radio receivers but is also an ideal LNA for the popular 2.4 " 2.5GHz ISM band..
The device operates at 3 V. It is designed to replace two stages of discrete devices, which can lower the parts count, simplify the circuit design, and save real estate.
