NEC's UPC3237TK SiGe LNA IC delivers 100 to 1000 MHz bandwidth with low noise performance, which makes it a good fit for mobile digital TV terminals.
The UPC3237TK was specifically designed for amplification in antenna circuits and features current consumption of just 5mA (typ), making it well suited for battery-powered, DVB-H portable TV.
Its small size is another feature: At just 1.5 x 1.1 x .0.55mm, the UPC3237TK can help engineers faced with the task of miniaturizing their designs. RoHS-compliant, its 6-pin design is also easy to integrate.
Unlike other LNAs, the UPC3237TK uses just four capacitors and no inductors.
