Venice, Florida — Kilopass Technology Inc. announced that its XPMTM technology is now available for 65-nanometer (nm) low power (XPM-65LPTM) and general purpose (XPM-65G+TM) processes. Kilopass XPM technology is the world's first high-density embedded NVM technology verified in silicon and available for design in 65 nm standard logic CMOS processes. Kilopass is also making XPM-65LP and XPM-65G+ evaluation kits available to its customers.
Working closely with its foundry partners, Kilopass continues to provide high-density embedded NVM solutions on the most advanced CMOS process geometries. Kilopass XPM technology is ideal for standard logic and mixed-signal CMOS design applications requiring embedded non-volatile memory since the XPM technology requires no additional mask or process steps. This makes it fast and simple to integrate using standard design methodologies.
Kilopass' low cost and highly secure XPM memory technology offers the benefits of field programmability of NVM implemented in standard-logic CMOS processes, including 180 nm, 130 nm, 90 nm and 65 nm.
