Miami, Fla. Raltron Electronics Corp. has launched its Model TX6100A-D3-1 high-frequency temperature compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO) with a frequency range from 10 MHz to 500 MHz. This device is aimed at applications that require a high frequency without additional circuitry as well as frequency stability and low phase noise. Telecommunications applications include base stations, repeaters, GPS systems and WiMax equipment.
The Model TX6100A-D3-1 TCXO features a low phase noise ratio of -70 to -150 dBc/Hz within a frequency range of 10 MHz to 500 MHz. Frequency stability is ±1.0 ppm within its operating temperature range of from -40° to +85°C. Over an one-year period, frequency stability is at ±0.5 ppm. Voltage rating is at 5 V ± 5% at 100 mA. Units are offered in the Euro SMD industry standard package.
