Sorry above equation should be STM+AMD+IFX+NXP+FREESCALE>INTC. BTW STM,IFX,NXP overlap in many product lines and one can expect huge lay-offs if this fancy idea will ever take off.In that case prepare for huge resistance from labour unions.Any one remember Nokia Germany case.
