Hudson, N.H. Vectron International has unveiled the EX-620, which it touts as the industry's smallest high-stability oven controlled crystal oscillator (OCXO). The EX-620 measures 13.21 x 13.21 mm and is available in frequencies ranging from 10 MHz to 30 MHz.
The EX-620 offers a ruggedized hybrid thick-film construction in a low-profile hermetically sealed 4-pin HALF DIP package that can withstand severe environmental conditions. This evacuated miniature crystal oscillator (EMXO) provides advanced stability performance and fast warm-up with low-power consumption for military, test and measurement, harsh environment, and telecommunications applications.
Key features include temperature stability to +/-75 x 10-9 over the temperature range of -20°C to +70°C, low-power consumption of 0.35 W at 25°C, 0.7 W at -40°C and a fast warm-up of two minutes at 25°C. The device is available in through-hole and surface-mount packages.
Vectron will showcase the EX-620 at IEEE MTT-S International Microwave Symposium, June 17-19 in Atlanta, Georgia at Booth 1501
Pricing: $80 to $100 in quantities of 1,000.
