PARIS Design & Reuse SA (D&R), a global collaboration network for sharing system-on-chip (SoC) design resources, announced a configurable documentation platform as part of its Enterprise Intranet Platform.
On the eve of the IP-ESC 2009 Conference in Grenoble, France, D&R said the Java/XML documentation platform aims to resolve questions such as how to create and maintain in a large company web accessible, comprehensive documentation for product supporting a large number of options or configurations and how to update easily and follow up product versions documentations as well how to avoid documentation redundant storage.
The application also aims to help a user download in one click the documentation for a precise product configuration and only those and download a subset of documents that he selects online and only those.
At IP-ESC 2009 this week in Grenoble, France, Gabriele Saucier, CEO of D&R, will be holding a technical seminar"> entitled 'Enterprise platform for Internal and External IPs management'.
At this year's DAC, D&R added external supplier license management features that are currently deployed at Telecom companies.
