Crystek's CVCO55CC-1490-1550 VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator) operates from 1490 to 1550 MHz with a control voltage range of 1.0 to 10V.
This VCO features a typical phase noise of -115 dBc/Hz at 10KHz offset and has excellent linearity. Output power is typically +5 dBm.
The device is packaged in the industry-standard 12.7x12.7mm SMD package. Input voltage is 8 V, with a maximum current consumption of 35 mA. Pulling and pushing are minimized to 2.5 MHz and 1.5 MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -15 dBc typical.
Typical applications for the CVCO55CC-1490-1550 include digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems, and base stations.
