Its good to see semiconductor systems working at higher temperatures, but I'd like to see some batteries work there as well. It was a difficult task to find power for our Heat Stress Test Fixture, viewable at www.iascorp.net/adhesives.htm This high temperature data aquisition module required reasonably priced batteries to function while inside an oven.
