Sounds like a good mix of features, but the addition of selectable levels of signal compression would be very valuable. Massive dynamic range is great for high-end movie sound, but for regular television programs, its extremely annoying. Whisper quiet dialog and ear-blasting effects can ruin watching TV having to constantly modulate the volume. Having several selectable levels of compression that could bring everything into a nice, reasonable middle range would be something I would be interested in.
