Touchstone Semiconductor Inc. has released its TS1001 single-supply, rail-to-rail operational amplifier for low-power, low-frequency sensor applications.
According to Touchstone, the TS1001 op amp offers the industry's lowest current consumption of 600nA and guaranteed supply voltage operation to 0.8V. The TS1001 is well-suited for any sensor application where low supply current and operating supply voltage translate into long operating equipment time.
The TS1001 is fully specified to operate on a single-supply voltage range from 0.65V to 2.5V, with a supply current of 600nA. The op amp exhibits a typical offset voltage of 0.5mV, a typical input bias current of 25pA and rail-to-rail input and output stages. The TS1001 is fully specified over the -40°C to +85°C industrial temperature range and is offered in a 5-pin SC70 package.
