Pretty tough it seems. Digikey never heard of it and it's still non-stocked 3 week lead at Mouser (no datasheet link there either) even if you could. Frequently "high-side" suggests automotive but I guess not this one with peak supply at 8v. Would be nice to get a closer look anyway.
