Here the Blue LED has reached around 50 percent efficiency of red and green LED.Good break through. But still blue is always cool.

This is highly misleading, and is due to the poor sensitivity of the eye to blue. The green LED emits about 210/627W - 1/3 of a watt - with 3W in - so 10% efficient. Blue is around 50%.
