Skyworks has introduced the SMV2025-079LF hyperabrupt varactor diode that is optimized for a wide tuning range and low phase noise for VCO and voltage tuned filter applications, such as for use as a high-Q tuning element in an RF VCO, phase shifter, or tunable bandpass filter.
This general market diode targets WLAN, CATV LNB, energy management, wireless infrastructure and military applications. It is designed for high-volume commercial and industrial OEMs, ODMs and contract manufacturers who also manufacture voltage-controlled phase shifters and tunable bandpass filters.
