The VJ HIFREQ series of high frequency RF and microwave surface-mount multilayer ceramic chip capacitors (MLCCs) feature high self-resonance, a high Q factor of 2000, and a low dissipation factor of = 0.05%. The devices are optimized for filter and matching networks, and amplifier and DC blocking circuits. They are offered in 0402, 0603, and 0805 case sizes with broad working voltages from 25 VDC to 250 VDC.
