It is great to see the advancements in FPGA technology continue as represented by this announcement by Xilinx. This new 20 nm product family by Xilinx moves the needle even further where more design projects will choose FPGAs as the target platform than ASICs. It is great to have these choices and such a vibrant FPGA industry.
