Good to see Freescale getting some traction.  Automotive has always been their strength so it is good to see them playing to that.

I guess that they want in early on the the Hybrid/EV auto growth in China.  First we've heard Samsung SDI, NXP, then Tesla, and now Freescale.  So who else wants to chip in on the auto industry in China?

PowerPC versus ARM versus Coldfire?

Is there any break-down by CPU architecture?  If I'm not mistaken, Freescale automotive and communication processors are mostly PowerPC, and it would be nice to see growth there so we're not stuck with just x86 and ARM down the road.
