Intel's aquisition moves are puzzling as always...do they really want to compete with their customers?...just learn what to design inside teh smartwatch? (kind of expensive learning process in this case)...Kris

If Intel wanted to create an OEM smartwatch platform around Quark, I don't think they would need Basis to do it. Does Basis have some jewels in apps software or something?
