We don't have transcripts of panel discussions, but we are planning to hold the panel session again in 2015. You'll just have to hear it in person.

Call for abstracts closes July 11. After that, the proposals will be distributed to the  technical track chairs who will then assign reviews. Details at

David Patterson, known for his pioneering research that led to RAID, clusters and more, is part of a team at UC Berkeley that recently made its RISC-V processor architecture an open source hardware offering.
