Good for Multicore ARM users

This is really a good news for the Multi-core ARM Processor users as they will be getting a more customized tools for their design at the same cost and process, but simultaneously it will adverse affect to the users of the other manufacturers processors as they will not be able to use the tools from Doulog after ARM will acquire it.
