Opal Kelly has just announced its XEM7350 (a.k.a. Shuttle TX1), a Xilinx Kintex-7 FPGA-based module that boasts a SuperSpeed USB 3.0 interface, providing transfer rates exceeding 340 MBytes/s on an ultra-compact FMC carrier.
Measuring only 80 x 70 mm (3.15 x 2.76 inches), the XEM7350 includes the Kintex-7 FPGA, the 3.0 USB interface, 4 Gbits DDR3, serial flash, 100 and 200MHz low-jitter oscillators, and multiple switching power supplies, allowing the entire board to be powered from a single 5V source.
The Kintex-7's transceivers support a wide range of high-speed serial standards, including PCI Express, DisplayPort, SATA, HD-SDI, XAUI, and Aurora, operating at up to 12.5 Gbit/s. Of particular interest is the fact that these transceivers also support the JESD204B standard -- eight high-speed gigabit transceivers make the XEM7350 the ultimate JESD204B FMC carrier platform for all of the fancy new ADCs and DACs with serial I/O.
The XEM7350 is offered in three variations with differing FPGA densities:

The XEM7350 is fully supported by Opal Kelly's popular cross-platform FrontPanel SDK for FPGA configuration and host communication using a simple API.
Opal Kelly's FrontPanel API can be used by applications created in the C/C++, C#, Python, Java, and Ruby programming languages.
