When I saw the photo of the two models looking intently at strange 20th Century devices wrapped around their wrists, I thought it might be more strategic for QuickLogic to target 21st Century applications.  What's next, using a disco ball to mount a whole-room scanner?

Will this give an opprtunity for more and more hardware makers to start entering into this market with cheaper and yet cosmetic gadgets.

I rarely see a young person wearing a wrist-watch any more.  Soon they'll be perplexed by the wrist-watch joke in Laurel and Hardy's The Flying Deuces (1939).
