Yup, looks like we all make mistakes.  Thanks for catching this.  Looks like I might have needed more sleep when I was doing my conversions.  Actually, looking back at my notes, I mixed the units from one of the boards sizes that I decided to exclude.

20x25 cm is not 10x12 inches, it is (approx) 8x10 inches.

I've got a couple boards that are a little bigger than 6 x 6. On the other hand, the parts are in an area less than 6 x 6 so that would work if the board can overhang the edges some how.
