Sorry about the link--it won't fit on these pages, but you can get there by going to ACM's Digital Library at:

And search for: Technology Inflection Points

I attached the paper name with link (above and in the story) but for some reason the copy editors strip them out. I don't know why I keep going to the trouble of looking them up and linking them, but alas at least I'm doing my part to help you guys!

I believe it will be horizontal stacked nanowires, not vertical.

I assume vertical GAA for nanowire transistors, but these are so easy to fall, much easier than fins.
