General Troubleshooting

The audio portion of our radio shows and lectures is powered by BlogTalkRadio. Here are their troubleshooting suggestions for the audio player:

If for any reason you are unable to hear the show, refresh the page and press play.

If a refresh does not fix the issue, do make sure that you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed. If you need to update your Flash Player, you can do so here: http://www.adobe.com/support/flashpla...

If an update is necessary, install, and then restart your system for best results.

If you happen to run into any issues that you can't fix, then absolutely let us know by going to www.blogtalkradio.com/contactus.aspx and sending us a support ticket. We'll be glad to assist!
