App will turn you into a bubbly gentleman

Bastille Day is coming up in a couple of days. To celebrate, the G.H. MUMM historic champagne firm created an iPhone app on “How to be true gentlemen with champagne.” No, really.
The app is designed to initiate users into the rituals and rules of champagne, all linked to politeness, etiquette and good manners.
This is a 12-chapter guide to 100 champagne protocols so that you can learn all the dos and don'ts of champagne. In particular, haven’t you always wanted to handle a jeroboam, sabre a bottle of champagne, bring it to the perfect temperature, and serve it in an appropriate glass? Come on, fess up. So far, five of the chapters are available from the Apple Store, or from G.H. MUMM’s site.
