Boston conferences seek educational papers

The deadline is fast approaching for submissions for three conferences to be held in Boston in September.  ESC, the Android Summit and DesignMED will all form part of DESIGN East which will take place at the Hynes Convention Center on September 17 to 20th. ESC Boston will have 15 tracks:
  • Analog & Mixed Signal Design
  • Debugging, Optimization and Software Engineering
  • Embedded I/O Systems
  • Low-Power Design
  • Microcontrollers, ASSPs & SoCs
  • Military/Aerospace Design
  • Multicore
  • Open-Source: Linux, Android, Eclipse, Arduino …
  • Programmable Devices
  • Project Management
  • Prototyping & Development
  • Real-Time Systems
  • Safety & Security
  • System Integration & Test
  • Wireless and Wired Connectivity

DesignMED East 2012 will have two tracks:
Medical Electronics Design Issues:
Hardware and software issues specific to the medical community, including in-body systems, extreme low-power design, sensing and processing signals from living organisms, medical imaging, traceable development methodology, prototyping human/electronic systems, and Android in medical design. It may also cover microprocessor and operating system selection and implementation, analog front-end design, wireless/security issues, imaging, and user-interface design, all as they relate to medical-specific applications.
Medical Electronics Regulatory Issues:
Looks at the regulator issues affecting designers (and investors) of medical devices and systems.
