How do you quantify love?
Is nerd love greater than or equal to regular love? Well, this awe inspiring arm tattoo may have the answer.

A mechanical engineering student at San Jose State has tried to quantify love in a mathematical formula tattooed on her arm.

Joy Franco may or may not have found an Einstein to light up her life, but she’s certainly set all our hearts aflutter with her body art. Franco said she likes “mapping the physical world into the mathematical world” and the results are absolutely stunning.

“It’s completely nonsensical but it’s fun and it represents how much of engineering is ingrained in me,” she said. Hmmm, nonsensical but fun. Yep, that sounds like love to me!
