Cypress to host virtual worldwide embedded design conference

I just heard from the chaps and chappesses at Cypress Semiconductor that – along with key industry partners – they will be presenting a comprehensive, international, virtual embedded design conference called PSoC World.
This online event will take place starting on December 12 in North America, and will remain online for 24 hours as users in Asia and then Europe begin their days. PSoC World will offer keynote addresses from industry luminaries, hands-on tutorials, expert panels, and more. Arrow Electronics and ARM Ltd. are partnering with Cypress to present PSoC World. Over a dozen other ecosystem partners, including Macnica, Inc., Tokyo Electron Devices (TED), Axios, and Redpine Signals, are also exhibiting at the event. PSoC World will be presented in cooperation with IDG Corp., whose virtual platform will enable presentation in English, Chinese and Japanese, along with live audience interaction with presenters, and a virtual booth environment for exhibiting companies.
“This is truly an exciting event for Cypress, and more importantly, embedded designers around the globe,” said Hassane El-Khoury, Executive Vice President of Cypress’s Programmable Systems Division. “It’s the first time that engineers from all countries will have access to current and relevant design information from the comfort of their own desktops and in their own time zones.
