Mobile TV startup appoints SanDisk founder to board

Harari's appointment became effective in the fourth quarter of 2009.
Harari, the founder of SanDisk, has served as chief executive officer and as a director of SanDisk since June 1988. He was appointed chairman of the board in June 2006. From 1973 to 1988, Harari held various technical and management positions with Waferscale Integration Inc., Honeywell Inc., Intel Corp. and Hughes Microelectronics Ltd. Harari holds an M.A. degree and Ph.D. from Princeton University and a B.Sc. degree in Physics from Manchester University. He has more than 100 patents issued in the field of non-volatile memories and storage systems.
